WoW! Hand made antique Collar cuffs embroidered tulle needle lace 1700s costume

Description

Very ornate , completely hand made lace collar and sleeves. Thicker type of embroidery on tulle netting.
Collar- 24"  and 5" wide
cotton with blue velvet.
I can't find any thing wrong with this, other that the fine tulle on the under arm of the sleeve has had a repair.
