Vintage Sugar Tongs Coin Silver 900 Excellent Condition

Here is a lovely, petite sized pair of sugar tongs, measuring 4 1/4" in length.  Perfect size for your post-coved tea parties! In excellent condition, they are of coin silver--.900--and feature hallmarks at the top, which I can not make heads or tails of.
