Vintage 1980 "The Carter Family Fold" Brochure June Johnny Cash Maces Spring VA

This is a vintage 1980's brochure entitled "The Carter Family Memorial Music Center Inc." (also known locally as "The Carter Family Fold" and "The Old A.P. Carter Store").   My parents used to go here occasionally for concerts when they lived in Kingsport Tennessee and it was not unusual for June Carter/Johnny Cash to be in the audience and come up on stage with the Carter Family for a few songs.
The front cover says "Sara, Maybelle and A.P. invite you to come to Maces Spring, Virginia to hear the very best in old time and bluegrass music, and to browse through the Carter Family Museum" (as in June Carter, who married Johnny Cash).
Inside you will find a description of the Fold, the weekly Saturday night Concerts, the August Festival, and the Carter Family Museum; and a warning that "DRINKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!".
The brochure says in fine print: "Brochure by Patricia Windrow '80".  Concert Admission at the time was for adults and 25-cents for children.
The back provides photos of several Carter family members along with some family history; as well as a map/directions to this very rural location.
The eight-panel brochure measures approximately 4" x 8.5" when folded.
It is in Very Good condition, especially for its age, with no writing, tears, folds or creases.
