    Description

    Seems to work.  Battery will likely need to be replaced as it does not seem to fully charge.  Scans through all channels.  Squelch works and weather radio channel is clean and clear.  This unit receives transmissions from another unit just fine but does not seem to transmit.  This may or may not be due to the battery being low and the "lo" showing when the mike is keyed.  It is as shown, as noted above and being sold as is, no return.
