RARE Vtg Antique Victorian Stunning Black Wide Silk Lace Trim 2.5 yards

Description

Stunning piece of wide silk lace. Measures about 1.5 yards long.
The lace is cut at an angle at the ends and that part was not counted in the length.
Has what looks like a seam in the lace and at that seam the lace is coming apart...I show...there is one more place with some slits at the top....I show. The top is cut...please check the last picture. There are a few tiny round holes. The bottom only has scant wear.
I did gently tug on the fabric away from the slits or holes and its does not pull apart and held up well to handling. Should work for gentle sewing.
