This is in excellent condition with no stains, rips, or markings.  Very gently used and in excellent condition.

Shirt-
TL:  32"
C:  25"
S:  12"
ND:  6"
Pants-
TL-  40-1/2"
I:  29"
W:  12" to 18"  (ELASTIC WAIST)
When measuring the clothes that I sell in my store I use the following guidelines:
TL:
Total Length-I measure from the top of the back of the collar/waist to the edge of the garment.
W:
Waist-I measure the waist from one side to the other while laying the garment flat on the table.
B: Bust-I measure from armpit to armpit.
This can be flexible depending on the type of material the garment is made of.
I use this for women’s clothing.
C:
Chest-I measure from armpit to armpit.
This can be flexible depending on the type of material the garment is made of.
I use this for men’s clothing.
A:
Ankle-I measure the width of the ankle on most pants or shorts.
H:
Hips-This is from one side of the hem to the other about hip level.
This can be flexible depending on the type of material the garment is made of.
S:
Sleeve Length-I measure from the top of the shoulder to the edge of the sleeve.
SL:
Slit Length-This is used to measure the height of slits in skirts
ND:
Neck Drop-I measure from the top of the collar to the “V” or scoop of the neck.
This can be flexible depending on the type of material the garment is made of or the size of the bust.
R:
Rise-I use this to measure from the top, middle of waist to where seams meet in the crotch
** I want to add that I do my best to give accurate measurements of my items.
I am not a seamstress and try to make them as clear as possible.
