Porsche 911 103 132 00 Wrist Pin Bushings Fits 356, 912.
Lesco is a custom, performance and race engine builder here in CA and we have found room for improvement on the rod bushing available for these engines so we bit the bullet and had some solid manganese bronze bushings made to our specs right here in the USA. These bushings are an up grade to the standard split style and have a small pilot on the leading edge for ease of installation. The ID is undersized with enough meat for boring/correcting the length and all edges have a radius or a chamfer. Here are the basic sizes so you can be sure they will fit your connecting rod, OD .9895" +/- .0003" ID .835" +/- .001" Length 1.025".
The original part # for these is 911 103 132 00 and some people add HD to end of the part # (911 103 132 00 HD) to designate that they are solid bronze.
Remember these bushings have an undersized ID and require boring then honing, if your machine shop doesn't have the correct tooling to perform this you can send us your rods and we can rebuild them for you as well. If you have any questions call us at 805 596 0400.
