    Leung Jan was one of the great Masters of the Wing Chun style of Kung Fu in the mid 1800's. He was also a renowned herbalist and expert bone setter. This is one of his authentic formulas, a masterpiece of herbal formulation and unique in its scope of effectiveness.
    This formula is an excellent formula for eliminating bruises and promotes recovery from injury and trauma including muscle, tendon and ligament pulls, tears and twists. The herbal combination also helps speed up recovery from fractures. It is great as a exercise formula as it dissipates soreness and pain from heavy exercise or work and soothes chronic pain.
    So, it is a great all around general liniment. What is amazing about this formula is that it is also an outstanding iron skills formula. What this means is that doubles as a strengthening and conditioning formula for iron palm iron fist, and iron body resistance training. In fact, that is what this formula is best at. Its continued use along with training will increase the capacity of the body to resist blows and hits, and the ability of the palm and fist to hit without sustaining damage. A true testament to the herbal knowledge and skill of grandmaster Leung Jan.
    I started this batch, my first of this formula 5 years ago with the intent to try it with my students to determine its effects but went on to other things and left this formula undisturbed until early this year when I re-discovered it in the back of a rack of various other batches. After 5 years, the extraction and strength of this formula is at nearly optimal. Its effectiveness and results are fantastic.
    This is an external / topical liniment, not for internal consumption. It should be applied before and after each practice session and add an application at the middle of any training session that involves iron skills or any type of body resistance conditioning. Carefully pour liniment into your cupped hand and apply liberally over joints, striking areas, bruises and painful areas. Repeat a minimum of 2X per application. Apply to areas that need enhanced resistance as often as possible, whether training or not. You will be glad you did. Do not apply to open skin.
