Description
This is a fine restoration of a Singer Sphinx Shuttle 127..Circa February 1917. Her Treadle base has been disassembled, stripped, primed , repainted, detailed and reassembled with care to restore it to full functionality. She moves effortlessly. The machine head was stripped , reprimed , repainted and decaled with the Sphinx. The scrolled plates and covers are original and in excellent condition. The art deco seven drawer cabinet is in incredible condition. This is a fine piece of art. Many hours of love and care went into bringing this fine machine back to immaculate condition.She uses a vibrating shuttle that sews a wonderful stitch. The Bobbin winder works. It has a new leather belt and new rubbertire for the bobbin winder. She is ready to sew anything for the next 104 years!!
This grand old Lady will need to be carefully packaged in 3 separate boxes to provide her with protection during shipping.
