EAGLE "ESP" FORGED 4340 CRANKSHAFT + KING BEARINGS
The Falcon is pleased to offer quality Eagle Specialty rods, cranks, and rotating assemblies and KING bearings! This listing is for a 3.750" stroke Eagle "ESP" forged 4340 crankshaft and matching King performance rod and main bearings for Chevrolet 400ci small block engines. P/N 440037505700 + CR807HPN + MB509HP. This crankshaft and bearing kit is compatible with most aftermarket block set-ups requiring a Chevrolet 400ci small block crankshaft.
For more than 40 years, King has continued to improve the quality and develop the range of their engine bearings. King has earned a world-wide reputation for producing long lasting, reliable, and trouble-free bearings. King is ISO 9002 certified.
"ESP" forged 4340 steel crankshafts feature a non-twist forging and undergo a multi-stage heat treatment process, as well as stress relieving, shot peening, and nitriding. Cranks are magnafluxed and sonic tested to insure quality. Eagle micro-polishes each journal to a 3 or better R.A. The .125" radius is used to increase strength, so chamfered or narrowed bearings must be used. The included King bearings will match perfectly!
All rod throws feature lightening holes to reduce weight. All small block Chevrolet forged 4340 cranks are internal balance. Target bobweight GUARANTEED +/- 2%. Crank specs are as follows:
MAIN JOURNAL: 2.650"
ROD JOURNAL: 2.100"
STROKE: 3.750"
BOBWEIGHT: 1900
MIN ROD LENGTH: 5.700"
Must use neutral balance flexplate & harmonic balancer
