And this was the main catalyst for creating the DVD, the DVD contents covers things you should be looking for when in public which is the primary focus, and secondary to thats are some easy to follow tried and tested techniques to keep you safe.
In this DVD you will learn the day to day strategies to stay safe from knife wielding individuals who seek to either rob you or hurt or kill you.
The DVD is made up of some basic defences taken from Krav Maga, JKD and Wing Chun but these are supplemental to your awareness of the situations you may encounter.
