During its lifetime of 165 years this coin silver napkin ring has never had its round cartouche monogrammed or engraved. The cartouche, with its frame accented with scrolls, remains pristine against an intricate repousse background of tiny designs. The napkin ring has applied borders studded with distinctive beads. The body is slightly barrel shaped. There is one tiny ding on the body, barely discernible. The diameter opening is 1.75 inches and the width is 2 inches. The napkin ring weighs 50.1 grams (1.77 ounces).
