This auction is for a 11¼” x 8¾” brochure promoting the historic Shirley Plantation that folds down to a 3¾” x 8¾”promotional piece offering tours of the current Mansion and
Plantation
(800 acres) that was established in 1723 following the original estate that dated back to 1611 and 1613. The Hill and Carter families bound by marriage throughout time have owned the property since its establishment with the current owner being Hill Carter, Jr. The brochure features photos by Taylor Lewis.
It is in excellent condition with historic text and photographs inside and outside of the mansion.
