Awaiting your purchase is a very rare coin silver toothpick / cigarette caddy with three receptacles crafted by an unidentified American maker in this Black Americana design featuring a head finial at the top of the piece. This interesting and useful item remains in excellent antique condition (see condition description), and bears a nice "SJP" monogram in addition to a scratched date and possible owner / maker under the base.
