Description
ASI 2809810 16 AWG insulated wire ferrule double black for crimping two (2) x 16 AWG flexible copper cables terminating in the same ferrule. They are made from tin plated electrolytic copper. The purpose of using insulated wire ferrules iis to reinforce fine wire strands and make terminating a cable into a terminal block easy. The PKD series of insulated end sleeves complies with DIN 46 228/ specifications. Use these wire ferrules where the temperature range is from minus 4 to 239° F. Recommended crimper for small jobs is the 2590080 ND#1 Valstar crimper (sold separately). Sold in packages of 100.
