    ANTIQUE THIMBLE HOLDER EGG
    Adorable antique Victorian carved wood walnut or nut shape egg measuring about 2-1/3" in size. Featuring a two-part egg with detail to mimic a real nut, interior is empty, designed to hold a thimble and possibly needles or thread.
    Condition is very nice with no cracks, repairs or damage - it fits very tightly together and needs a strong hand to open - sorry, no thimble is included.  Wonderfully primitive and realistic in design - it would be a fun addition to any antique sewing collection or display!
