    Description

    This is a great adjustable cast iron with wheels base for a Hall Borchert dress form. It measures 41" from the ground to the top of the finial in the lowest position and elevates to 64" in the highest position.The foot pedal works fine. Press it down and you can raise the post and it will stop when ever you release the petal. Metal wheels are still in good shape. Very good condition with no damage.
