Antique Coin Silver RW Signed Sugar Tongs

Check out these pre-1800's coin silver sugar tongs!!
The stamp is RW in an oval and the monogram is hand done in a floral/ vine style.
This is NOT Robert Williams or Robert Wallis from England. The styling and material (as well as lack of assay marks) tells me early American.
The tongs measure approximately 6.75 inches and weigh 1.36 troy ounces.
