    Description

2 Sets of Antique Berry Pins & A Pin Box
    English * Circa 1890s
Two of these pieces have black glass headed pins and are in their original paper tubes. They are sometimes called "berry" pins as the way they're stuck into the paper resembles a blackberry. They are from 2 different English manufacturers. The blue one is by William Hall & Co. The other has a British registration number that dates to 1892. It has a knight on horseback trademark but no maker's name. They measure 1 5/8" & 1 3/4" high. They are in excellent condition with no damage and appear have all of the original pins.
The other holder is a little pin case carved of boxwood with a rounded top. It unscrews and insides are lots of steel pins. It is also in great condition with no damage and the top screws on securely. It is 1 5/8 high and the base is 5/8" in diameter.
