Vintage Plastic Souvenir Ruler of Williamsburg,  VA with photos.  Photos include: The Capitol, The Governors Palace,  The Clydesdale and Horse Hitch,  Robertson's Windmill,  The Wren Building, The Powder Magazine and The Bruton Parish Church.
Made in Hong Kong.
Condition is New old stock  "Dead Stock"
Not sure of the date, but I remember purchasing similar while traveling with the family in the 1970s and 1980s.
